Italy and Spain
Belgium manager Marc Wilmots insists Tottenham defender Toby Alderweireld is the first name on his team sheet.
The 26-year-old, who joined Spurs from Atletico Madrid this summer after his season-long loan at Southampton, has been one of the key players in Belgium’s Euro 2016 qualifying campaign where they topped Group B ahead of Wales.
When asked about the first player on his team sheet, Wilmots replied: ”For now, it's Toby Alderweireld. He has improved a lot, it is versatile, he has become one of the most regular."
Wilmots was also asked about Eden Hazard’s situation at Chelsea and the rumours linking the 24-year-old with a move to Real Madrid.
