The England winger is pleased with his form since
leaving Liverpool and believes playing alongside the likes of Sergio
Aguero and David Silva has helped his development
The England winger decided to leave Liverpool at the end of the 2014-15 campaign to pursue Champions League football and has scored six goals in all competitions so far this season for City.
Sterling is now looking to continue his development at international level as England prepare to face Spain and France in international friendlies ahead of Euro 2016.
"I've been doing okay with my club, I'm happy to be top [of the Premier League] and I've scored in a few important games as well," he told reporters.
