The Germany international feels he is much fitter
than he was last season and is impressed with the team spirit that is
growing in the Gunners dressing room
The Germany international tops the Premier League assist chart with nine after 10 games and has created more chances than any other player in the English top flight, according to Opta.
After suffering with injury last term, the World Cup winner feels he is much fitter this year and is happy with his performances, as his side look to challenge for the league title.
“Last season, I was out with my knee injury for a few months,” he told Arsenal's official website. “This year I feel fit. I have no injuries and can perform well in games.
"At the moment, things are going really well."
