Remi Garde has been dealt a blow early in his tenure
as manager, with the young left-back to miss the remainder of the
campaign with a knee ligament injury
The defender ruptured the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee on Thursday while playing for France in their 1-0 European Under-21 Championship qualifier win against Northern Ireland and was stretchered off.
New manager Remi Garde will now have to do without the youngster, as Villa aim to turn around what has been a dismal Premier League season so far.
